These conditions govern all web sales by Belgiophar Srl for all products sold through its website.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros. If applicable, VAT is included in the draft order and is displayed in the shopping cart before purchase.
In the event of an order to be delivered to a country other than Belgium, the customer is the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These taxes and duties are not the responsibility of the company and must be paid by the customer in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the country of importation.
All purchase orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros by credit card through the PayPal system.
Belgiophar Srl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the purchase order and subject to availability.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the delivered goods, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

Belgiophar Srl reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm a purchase order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the purchase order received.

Any order appearing on the website www.belgiophar.eu implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any purchase order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare to have perfect knowledge of it.
The order confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information and these General Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address confirming your order.
Article 5 – Payment
The fact of validating your order implies your obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made through the secure PayPal system. This system also accepts payments by credit cards.
Article 6 – Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Economic Law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products. You can exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or to pay a penalty.
Returns are to been made in their original and complete packaging (unopened packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may cancel the right of withdrawal.
You have to bear the return costs.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Belgiophar Srl will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
Article 7- Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.belgiophar.eu and within the limits of available stocks.
For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
Article 8 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in shipping, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.
In the event of deliveries by a courier service, Belgiophar Srl cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.
Article 9 – Guarantee

Article 11 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of the sales conditions is French. In the event of translation of these conditions, only the French version has legal value. The translations have however been carried out in good faith. These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts in Brussels will have sole jurisdiction.
